How it works:

1. Fill out the form below and I will be in-touch shortly

2. Initial design to be sent within 48 hours of order

3. You can make up to 3 rounds of revisions

4. Final files will be sent when complete.

*Please note, only digital files will be provided, they will be print ready so you just need to give the documents to your local printer for printing.

An email will be sent to you after purchase for you to upload the images of your dearly departed. Please upload up to 4 photos. Make sure their face is clearly shown, and are high quality and clear. Please name each photograph with their full name, and if you have a preference, name the one you want to be the main image on their announcement with the word "main" as well, (ie, "Tommy_Bird.jpg" and "Tommy_Bird_main.jpg")
